When Tiger Shroff unveiled Rambo, Ranveer Singh said he was “extremely unhappy”

Ranveer Singh is presently preparing for the premiere of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, his forthcoming comedy-drama film, which is set to hit theatres on May 13, 2022. Shalini Pandey, Boman Irani, and Ratna Pathak Shah also star in the film, which is directed by Divyang Thakkar and produced by Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma under the banner of Yash Raj Films. In a recent interview with Film Companion, the Bajirao Mastani actor said that Tiger Shroff’s win for the Hindi remake of Rambo made him very sad.
Before being a “actor,” Ranveer stated he wanted to be a “hero.” “I began by watching movies starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. These are my heroes; I liked to watch them shirtless because I adored movies like Rambo, Rocky, and Commando. This is just what I needed. So when Tiger (Shroff) said he’d do Rambo, I was furious. ‘Ye to mujhe karna tha,’ I said. That’s my default setting “the actor stated.
When it comes to Tiger’s Rambo, the Hindi remake of the 1982 Hollywood classic of the same name will see the Heropanti actor take on the role of legendary action icon Sylvester Stallone. The remake, helmed by Rohit Dhawan, was revealed in 2017 along with the first poster of Tiger as Rambo.
Meanwhile, Ranveer will star with Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, and Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. He also has Anniyan’s Hindi adaptation.
