KRK’s big claim – Ranveer Singh’s father gave 20 crores to YRF for son’s Bollywood debut
Self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan has again given rise to some shocking declarations. This time about Ranveer Singh’s debut in Bollywood. According to a report by Bollywoodlife, Ranveer debuted in Bollywood by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Productions in the movie Band Baaja Baaraat. He featured along with Anushka Sharma and it had earned a great reaction from the audiences and critics likewise. After starring in Band Baaja Baaraat, there was no looking back for Ranveer.
However, now, KRK, in his latest video ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2 review’. In his review, KRK has described the film as very bad and at the same time pulled up the actors. KRK further asserted that any actor launched by Aditya Chopra’s YRF has been a flop.
He went on to allege that it wasn’t Aditya Chopra who launched him but YRF was just the path for Ranveer to join Bollywood. He also claimed that Ranveer’s father gave YRF Rs 20 crore to get his son debuted in the industry.
However, Ranveer Singh is nowadays making headlines after the teaser of his forthcoming movie ’83 was released. Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Ranveer captioned it as, “The greatest Story. The greatest Glory. 83 RELEASING IN CINEMAS ON 24TH DEC, 2021, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Teaser out now. Trailer out on 30th Nov. #ThisIs83.”
