Some of her notable works are Queen, Tanu Weds Manu, Simran, and Panga. She always seeks attention by commenting and tweeting on trending matters. Today, Twitter has suspended Kangana Ranaut’s account for violating rules. The micro-blogging site took the step after the actress made objectionable comments on West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee for the recent alleged violence in the state.

Kangana, who had more than 3 million followers on Twitter, reportedly sought imposition of President’s rule in West Bengal after Mamta Banerjee-led TMC secured a landslide win in the state. The Manikarnika actress had uploaded a video where she can be seen sharing an emotional message speaking about the post-poll violence in West Bengal which can also be found on her Instagram account.

This isn’t the first time the actor has been penalized by the social media platform. Earlier this year, certain restrictions were imposed on her account after she posted an incendiary tweet against Amazon Prime Video series Tandav, in which she said it was ‘time to take (the makers’) heads off’ for hurting religious sentiments. Also, the tweets made in connection with the ongoing farmers’ protest were deleted by Twitter on February 4.
