Deepika Padukone’s illness reports about problem in breathing turn out to be false, producer clarifies

Deepika Padukone made it to the headlines yesterday after it was reported that she was hurried to hospital in Hyderabad after increased heart rate. The internet soon was flooded with fans reacting to the reports of Deepika Padukone taking ill in Hyderabad on the sets of her Telugu film tentatively titled Project K.

There were claims that she had breathing difficulties and had to be rushed to the hospital. However, the reports didn’t survived long as  when media reached the film’s producer Priyanka Dutta (who is also the film’s director Ashwini Dutta’s wife) trashed the reports of Deepika’s ill health. “These are all false rumours.Not true at all.”

The reports of Deepika being rushed to the hospital were hence came out to false. Rather, the Bajirao Mastani actress is doing fine and there is nothing bad with her health. In fact, Deepika is nowadays filming for Nag Ashwin’s Project K in Hyderabad. The film will signify her first collaboration with Prabhas. During her discussion with Anupama Chopra from Film Companion, Deepika had disclosed that she is nervous and delighted about the project. “I haven’t worked with Prabhas before, I haven’t worked with Nag before, I’m also going to have to do this in a different language apart from doing this in Hindi. So, there are a lot of these things. Plus it’s a VFX-heavy film,” Deepika had expressed.
