Arjun Kapoor sells his Bandra flat for Rs 16 crore
Arjun Kapoor, who had newly bought a 4BHK flat near by Malaika Arora’s house, has reportedly sold his apartment. Arjun had purchased the property last year in the 81 Aureate house in Bandra West for Rs 20 crore and according to HT, the actor has bought the 4364 sq ft flat for Rs 16 crore.
The report further affirmed that the deal document was reported on May 19 as per the documents accessed. Arjun’s sister Anshula Kapoor ratified the sale documents.
While Arjun presently lives at Raheja Orchid in Juhu, Malaika owns a flat in 81 Aureate house. Apart from Malaika, shows like Karan Kundrra and Sonakshi Sinha also have flats in the exact building.
On the professional front, Arjun Kapoor is facilitating Mohit Suri’s action thriller ‘Ek Villain Returns’ that also headlines John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. He also has ‘Kuttey’ which is helmed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj and headlines Radhika Madan, Tabu and Naseeruddin Shah. Arjun also features in Ajay Bahl’s ‘The Lady Killer’ alongside Bhumi Pednekar in the key role.
Talking to IANS, Arjun had told, “As an actor, you are going to be judged on every film, almost every day for being a public figure so the judgment doesn’t scare me but I think unfair criticism is something I hope I don’t get. I think a bit of that happened in my life. I have worked hard on myself and the choices that I have made. So, I hope I receive a fair response and I think I am all for being open to fair assessment.”
